Pushed or Kicked at Deaf Dog? That is OKAY?

Sam, the Deaf Dog. 

Pushed or Kicked are not OKAY!

I want to share with you how I felt about the situation that Sam is doing nothing wrong, so innocent and trusted and family dog. (my fault for unleashed my dog, but it was tonight, quietly and peace and empty on the road around...)

Yesterday around 6:45pm Friday night, I felt so trust with my deaf dog without a leashed, Sam to walked with me out tonight as I thought it would not need to be leashed... So Whitty, another dog that my mother's dog, I babysit her since a year and half because her apartment don't allowed the pet in Maryland. So I dont mind about Whitty. So I concerned with Whitty to be leashed and walk with me out tonight. 

Next block, on Grant St and 24th, I walked with Sam, he just snuffed on grass, but an owner from 24th/Grant house have two idiot large dogs barked, barked at Sam.

Sam was look at them keeping barking. Sam never barked, JUST deaf. I poke Sam to turn the direct, my point finger direct out walk away, Sam followed me away. That two large dogs still BARKS still, I think that owner was annoyed what his dogs barking badly. Sound like it's stingy guy. 

We move on walk, still but Sam still snuffing (not yet to poop or pee) on front house on grass, I saw an owner kicked or pushed my deaf dog- Sam. I can see that he was trying to scare by his voice scream. I told him in first place at the fence, he's deaf. He didn't take my word. 

He pushed him off his grass. I saw it all by kicked. 

Sam was freaked out and started fearfully again. Sam was hurting with fearfully. Sam seem felt abused again. 

I called police. I wrote a note and pen with my explained happened. Policewoman said will follow up with Animal Control next day. 

Animal Control officer came and stopped by and chat with me what happened. She wants to see Sam who he is, to see if he is deaf. 

I called Sam to come, he saw the officer, Sam was freaked out and looked at me with his fears as thought he can hurt again. he look freaky afraid.  

the Animal control officer realized. And then officer came to 24th/Grant St and talked with this guy. The officer said that he pushed this deaf dog, not kicked him. And, he realized that my dog is deaf, and sound not care about it, with no concerned. 

I told the officer that both "pushed or kicked" are same harmfully. The officer agreed with me. That I would apply to charged him for hurt my deaf dog. But the officer told me that guy will summoned in the court to against me for not use a leash on Sam. IF I applying to charges to against him.

I dropped out about the charges, my fault for not put a leash on him, but one thing I told the officer... very important to feedback: I asked for an apology for hurting my deaf dog. I will say to him that I would forgivable him.

Look like he won't. 

What do I do about it?

Hardships for the Deaf Felons

Hey and good afternoon!

I am BACK, again to complains over about the people with rejected what they have offered, due to the felon records.

So?

The future of the new political laws, will lose and cut off on Disability incomes. YOU better start WORRYING!!!

Now with the problem are hiring the felons with longer no activity of crimes.

For example:
A felon took wrong time and place, in between years, like trouble in a year to 5 years, it would no good to hiring.

If a felon is good behave for 15 years counting with no appear of crimes, a felon would need to hired a job. (should hiring!!!)

In fact, they didn't want to hire any kind of years how long it's counting in good record on a felon.

They don't care.

That's sad.

Only they can fit for the job that five things list they (felons) can do are:

Trunk Drivers
Military
Temporary Agency
Customer Service/Telemarketing jobs
Self-Employment

DARS: My agent....WTF?

What the F***??

I called my DARS agent today and now they responded me back in a minute, what I need to know about what up with jobs news,

Know what, she's on vacation week... on Labor's Day nearly? Is that the state so sweet to give any State agencies with off a week of the vacation?

What we need State agencies this week before Thursday. Why off vacation on Monday to Friday?

Is that State agencies seems selfish for these taxpayers? Seem so.

State agencies seem flexible times and skipping many hours and many vacations, Federals agencies are stuck to keep ongoing on open anyone during Labor's Day. In some way from in or out.

Like, FBI are on 24 hours a day open calls like that. President are on call every hour, open anytime if he is needed.

What wrong with State agencies.

Good Idea to be Deaf Chef!?

Hello anyone!

Here at home and checking out with my people, my fans, my small friend, and my biggest world friends.

Um. > Ahem <

I realized and see that my husband is watching VERY interested about the Food Channel TV and he likes "Kitchen Hell" and "Hotel Hell" reality programs.

My husband told me "I must prefect to cook in my kitchen like what "Kitchen Hell" chef guy with blond hair who barked voice in fire to peers. I want to be prefect to cook here in my family, this green pan is "NG" !!"

I was quietly laughing.

I told my husband, "I have good idea, If you want to be chef. Go for it, I will support you."

Actually, he feel can't do himself to go school and to be chef.

I told him again "When I get a job, you go study to be chef. to be best chef, to beat off with Kurt Irish Chef, and Chef Justin, and other deaf chef and take a launched to the TV channel network, I want you to beat the "Iron Chef" for lifetime."

Why not?


He is still thinking.  LOL.

I wanted this tree removed

My Home

Hello, anyone at the lunchtime! 

This is my home. This is the tree I am worrying about... look at the left side of the tree with lots of leaves up there that means will be the problem... it will fell soon. Because of this leaves are more heavy than other, right side look like lightly, less leaves. 

You know all lots of rain everyday, afternoon or night, would be rain sometime. I look on the grass, it has little flooded... like 1/2 inches of flooded on this left grass near my dog stands there. 

You see the left window where my room is. What if I sleep there, someway of the night, or day, like a nap by afternoon... any happens if this tree would fell on me? 

I would be killed, or all of us. 

I asked the business equipment rentals, about the lifter.  It would be $646.80 dollars with a tractor hook up would be separated $346.92 dollars. It means total is $993.72 dollars. 

Sound like reasonable. 

Other tree timber service would be about $3,000 dollars each of the tree. 

Ouch. 

I can't afford for that... I might staying my best to selling my bead jewelry... for it. I guess I can't spend on Christmas gifts as planned. 

(sighing) It is real hardship time for me.

Made Decisions: Training Schools

Good Morning!

I want to say that if you have no job, with no professional career, you have to go back to school again. I know that you have limited incomes, or your limited education IQ.

If you have the problem both of them, Just back to school again.

Don't feeling bad or embarrassment, at your own age.

Who cares?

I do. I have to go back to school again... whenever I need it anyway.

In long ago, I graduated from High School (VSDB) and later on, I enrolled in JSRCC for a year, due to  Math that my weakness spot, I left.

I asked DRS (now DARS) to make me back to school in training for my designing license.

I graduated and looking, no success...

Why?

They don't need me.

What else? I took the job at Postal Service for 13 years with many many whipping on my ass to work. (LOL) NAH.

Lots of discrimination.


I left, and became housewife. My hubby looking for jobs... no luck.

Then I told him to close the case.

I have to go back looking again...

I won't go back to Postal Service, no thank you, no.

Umm. Umm er, umm.. let's see.

So what, I have to go back to training school again... for other courses to see if I can take it fits for the Cosmetology and Esthetician, for the salon business.

Sound like more interested?

I will go for it.

(I will still keep work drawing!)

When I graduate this cosmetology and Esthetician to get the license... and set down for business.

Are you willing to come to me and help you out with your hair...

That's very important for your body and spirits in your life that needs to be touched for, (NOT be meaning to be sexual thing, NO NO NO NO) Just need to massage and your body are tooo sniffy hard shape up like a rock body.

That is not good to keep sniffy body in you.

I went to Red Door Spa at Short Pump Mall twice. It's little expensive but it's worthy to do so.

They told me (massage therapists) that I've sniffy body, that need lots of work on my back that need to be soft and relax up.

I told them "I work hard at Postal, that make me sniffy."

It make me feel better and fall sleep like a log.

Cosmetology and ... Esthetician....Why not?

About hesitated with disability jobs seeker

Good afternoon.

I want to share with you about the salon in Williamsburg name Serenity Spa-

Last week, I emailed with Lynne, about want to know about the Spa salon, as she told me to come by today (Monday)

I came there about 41 miles and see her but she is not at the office, and her workers told her that I am deaf, and she told me will email me.

In 30 minutes later, Lynne called me and her email message:

"I am sorry but am just now seeing this e-mail and as you have discovered I did have a conflict with our appointment this morning, my apologizes.  At this time I am sorry to say I do not have any Spa openings available.  We wish you all the best!

Lynne"

I don't sure, sound like she is trying to do positive message- sound like she is avoiding me, and or hesitated me because I am deaf?

Why did she called me to meet her and let's time to talk about salon business, or something advice. She didn't.

I came to Williamsburg for "nothing".

I went to see Kingmill Resort to see if they have opening jobs, but they must through the website. So I have to go back home.

That is hard.

Stupid them. I won't come back again.

I wonder, does in America deaf people does have own deaf salon?

The Bachelor's degree is REAL pain in the ass!

There is the world or less, in America always requesting the position jobs MUST, MUST, MUST have Bachelor's degree.

Why MUST have Bachelor's degree?

That smart.

Why?

Colleges and the universities needs your money to running on and study with promotional, and have it smart people that would be best in business.

They must Bachelor's degree...to keep businesses and markets alive.

There are about 75% deaf people don't have Bachelor's degree. Why? They are poor families who can't afford the college fees.

That smartest ass.

Every time I always have good fit for SPA manager, Why not they can give training me... instead the Bachelor's degree. Is it okay? NO. Not fair for Bachelor's degree people.

Bachelor's degree = every middle classes life or high classes life can afford.
Training certification = every low income life or low class life can afford.

is it difference?
It changed an equal with anyone... Bachelor's degree CAN get a job for this position job first before anyone who less of certification, (training school, private, low profile training, without any popular of schools for Spa/Massage/etc.)

That is why they completed to have (MUST, MUST) to hire the Bachelor's degree before the idiot training certification can't do anything... that not fair for us.

I want to training for Spa, but I would need $10,000 dollars. I would go to study and how to do the work of spa. I would love to massage you all, with oily herbals, body wrap, facial, and reflexion and nail your toes/hands, LOL.

Ah, it would more nice.

There are many more bachelor's degree than any regularly position like packer, cook <-- like, McDonald, Burger King, Wendy...warehouses, etc are all non-bachelor's degree only--. Thought so they are too stupid.

Gallaudet University have 60% FAIL to success these dream. You know why?
Most of them are postal workers. That's "non-bachelor's degree"

What if bachelor's degrees take over... when you graduated from school, it means you must go via to college with LOTS of debts later on.

Seem so in future than you won't paid off the college/universities until you die, maybe?

Waitress is low class, to work hard to serve, with small hourly pay and the tips. YOU, customers in the restaurants, do good tips- You know better how people feel so poor in life here and can't meet to fit for those dream career that won't meet them there and take difference path.

I read the news about a waitress was upset about a customer who paid $125 dollars for 6 people. He paid $5 dollars tip. That is why she is upset over that, as she hope for can help her good tip, $5 dollars per person for her tip. it would more fair. $30 dollas that is enough, or $10 per person to tip = $60 would more happy.
Most waitresses or waiters needs lots of money to make...living, the families. That's the businesses are up up up to gain another livings like a lease home are gained. the food are gained, the gas is gained. the amusement parks you love are gained. Travel vacations prices are gained. Low class can't afford to meet these budget.

In America businesses DON'T CARE about low class people like mine.
I have to take difference path instead my dream career. My dream career was animator or art graphics. They must be bachelor's degree. My parents won't support me. I don't have money, or my education was limited. I have very talent of drawing, but they MUST bachelor's degree.

 What else?

I told my husband that I DONT want any $20,000 dollars a year. I want a job with 60k to 100k income...

DARS is mean Department Aging Rehab Service.

That is about the jobs that all disability people.

I am very upset and mad about DARS.

They appointment me in next 4 weeks.

I found out today a deaf lady went into the office and see that "jobs club" are full of black crowded in small office. She can't come in. She told me there are no interpreter. I was there for job club.


HUH!!!!???? 


DARS are poor to prepare for the interpreter that day... Her interpreter know better to be concerned about deaf people... That interpreter SHOULD to let DARS know, OR, deaf client already know that an interpreter is on vacation, I told her "YOU should to let DARS know that interpreter is on vacation... YOU should to tell them get another interpreter!"

Some time deaf lady have no sense. But interpreter had no sense, too!

SHAME.

Please STOP bullying.

Last Saturday-

There were going down of hot weather because raining about after the dinner time.

I cleaned the small pool out of the water and hang up drying. I looked at many old pears in our yard.

I looked up trees and I don't have any pears for 11 years in our yard.

I was confused.

I asked my husband. "Is that pears in our yard? Where it came from?"

We don't mad or upset. We picked up pears out of the grass. I looked up next yard, I found hearing (12 to 16 years old) boys trying to hide and runway.

I prepared.

I picked basket with pears and prepare to go over to the house.

Know what?

The boy's parents are not at home.

Huh... what the f***?

over the block, a woman I know very well, she's a parent from over the house and think she is babysit for that guy- and her three boys with him.

I showed her. She shocked.

I told her, "I think that is the boys of your and this 16 years old red hair did this. They tossed the pears in our yard, sound like it's bullying."

Three boys of mother, was VERY angry and spoke with four boys, with own words, VERY angry face ever I saw.

She know how feeling about DEAF people. I've impressive her with good supportive, to give example look.

Wow.

My daughter and I actually not at upset, just want to meet them and show them. Then we left peacefully.

Then, back home.

My son asked me "Why they bullied us here?"

I told him "You know that well, you already know that."

my son asked, "Why?"

I said, "That is not you and your sister. That is me and your father."

My son said "Why? you are my mother or father, you are wrongdoing."

"Because" I said.

"Because of what?" my son said

"We are deaf. That's bullied. "

End of TRUE story. That happened last July 14, 2012.

Worry about your fridge?

Out there are not enough to fill up with food in the refrigerator. I know.

Why?

It's summer that is what for.

Why summer?

That's your or our children!

That's who your or our children are hungry and still growing!

That's normal!

Okay, let's have a story...

This is my story. I am very worry about food that I don't have enough money to spend the food for children.

I have to force myself to get free food from pantry store. I know how I feel about it.

Why?

My children don't like the pantry. What else I make choice? I have no choice.

That's sad.

I was keeping writing a board and show the people: "I am jobless with no food for children" Must I do that? NO WAY.

My son want mood list of the food he wanted. My daughter want some fantasy list of her favorite food she wanted. I can't buy it until August.

Both of my kids are fussy and frustrated themselves.

I was angry.

I told them: "Go tell your father and get a job!" They seem scared to tell him. Why? He'd yell back.  How depression it is.

That is not enough for 3 weeks. 

That is why I have hard time with children to understand what we are in hardship life with the low income. 

Now, I am going out and looking for a job.  The father of this children is no good guy to take his own looking job yet. 

He is nothing newly. 

That is all  he can stay home and nothing.

The Food Stamp for the Disability, and Health Plan?

When I don't get any enough money, so force me into part of pantry store like in Red Cross...

I don't like this pantry store. I have to. I hate it anyway!

Why? The people. It's stare each other in the waiting room, it's look SAD looks. Most are:  Black, Indians, Mexicans, and small white as look like it's more redneck people.

No Asians. Wow. You know, Asians are good to manage these own needs. Unbelievable.

I went to Social Services building... and asked them to know if I can apply a form for food stamps. Later on, they informed me it's not approved.

Huh? Why?

Found out that my income are over of the line.

What?

A government policies.

That's darn bummed.

That's a government policies.

And, I applied for FAMIS for my kids... now it's not approved.

What the f***.

That's a government policies.

It sucks!

They suggested me to have something about the health insurance costs, to ask any kind of Health companies, like the Anthem, etc.

I told them I CAN'T affordable for that!

If I do, they would cost us much of money, like this one example:
I am unemployment, $200.00 a month per person. it means my family, four of us cost me $800.00 and it would be $9,600 dollars! Can't meet the budget! I have to PAY for kids at school lunches! it would be cost me about 150 dollars a month! HUH!!

Not enough.

They sound Little annoyed with "That's not my problem" looks.  As they keep tell "sorry".

Ugh.

That is why I am worrying about Obama Care's plan to make us (for unemployment people) to buy an insurance by force, or by these tax.
What if under the work about $25,000 a year- on these refund tax... will they withdrawal our tax refund check and some rest of our wages to be paid off?

I am confused for that? I watch on TV about angry rally about Obama Care issues last few months ago.

About SSI and SSDI and SSA's future for you?

Hello anyone!

You are part of the Disability, some of you are in the long term from SSI, or SSDI or SSA... it would be biggest problem in future. Yes it is. About in 2036 AD will might stop payment... the money will dry out.

Example this one:

If you are "long term" on the disability income, it would be deep worry for yourself. about the money, it wouldn't be grow fast in this money for your fit to meet for your needs. It won't grow fast. it would give next step like, 2 to 4 % to gain. NOT enough. Look, VERY meanie world are about to gain high living and food costs. They don't care about you!

Get a job. Get put a gold nest for 401K, or more... or set up stock interest. It would be more better than sorry.

Deaf can do the work.

Come on. You can do no matter what, you can find some way to find and fit your job.

For example:

My friend name Anna, she is on SSI, can't work. Oh, really, she can. But she can't. Because of her hands don't want to work on any allergic work, like chemical, as maid service she likes. She can't.  I asked her, "If you can't do the work at chemical as maid service, that is okay, can you do the clerical job?" She said "Can't do anything with clerical" 
I asked her last, "Is that clerical allergic to you?"

HA!

Very doubt!  I think she CAN do another job instead chemical allergy or plastic gloves to covered!  Duh.  I think she is too lazy to do the job! That is all she want is money for nothing newly!

Now she's grandmother. She's 45 years old. She have plenty of time to have a job before the retirement ! OH my God.

Deaf people, grow up and take acting. I know you feel so frustrated to looking for a job. I know you NEED money to earn.

Do I ! Damn it!

I wanted is biggest house, pool, own RV motor to travel, and travel to the world.
I can't.
Because I am DEAF! That's so bummed! (LOL)

Look at the hearing world... look at Hollywood life people look happy and more shopping, high heels, plastic surgeries, snobbier people. ugh. How I love this! Every time I watch TV "Bravo" and MTV style reality they have. (sighing) make me jealous what I wanted. "Housewives" TV reality, that is! Sorry, Dawn!! I love you!!

Next time... Hey Deaf ladies, you better more carefully with men... DO looking for a millionaires that you can find a love match. Do it instead other who don't have money. It would be you who hardship like mine.

Wanna that happened? Go find a date with old man over 65 years old millionaires... before they can "will" you!  Why not? Take him for love with money! (LOL)

About SSI and SSDI and SSA need to save money for the retirement and the medical expenses. That is why I think I MUST looking for job before too late. I will put 100% interests back to the SSI saving when I get a job. It CAN!

I will request to the HR to do so with the SSI tax to return 100% interests back what I owed the SSI what I loose since 2006 to present. (for example!) It means I have pay 50 dollars or 100 dollars a bri-weekly two time payroll as about $200 dollars a month, I pay back to SSI until I retired...65 years old.

For example:

I am 44 yrs old, back to work, I pay back to SSI or SSDI about 200 dollars a month it mean a year is 2,400 dollars WITH interests are possible! It means I am 44 years old to 65 years old = 21 years it means 50,400 dollars with an interest (unknown maybe 100% coveraged) with what you can affordable for your living, to travel and fits to be take care of. You won't be in HOME NURSING!!

I won't be in HOME NURSING, period!

It's the job that's frustrated.

The job that I want to looking but it's really frustrated. I contacted to DARS (New agency) Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitation Services. No longer of named DRS. Now it's new name of DARS. It's announced today.

I went to Edible arrangement store for apply a job and they approved the applications. Then I applied and now they asked me two things, I would need to give DMV records, and resume. I thought the application form is a resume. As I am confused.

That's frustrated. They said will call. It's been since a week. Seem so that they are avoid me because of I am deaf?

What do you think?

That's hard.

In our mind, that there are about 75% deaf people thinks that RV (Department of Rehabilitation/Job agency) are still nothing but play around.

You know, I know that all State are "selfish" and gave the employers to be play out and use the money from taxpayers-- are they?

For example:

DARS from Miss Jane Doe has to work for 16 locations. Seem so all more 100 deaf people who are the clients, that is why State don't want to hire ANOTHER deaf or hearing who know ASL agent to have deaf clients to processed.
16 locations are too many for one agent?
Too far CRAZY.

That's waste our time and wait for another to turn to. That's irritated.

My DARS asked me to wait and let me know WHEN appointment will be email me. HOW LONG? I can't wait that longer.
I called on VP with message, no answer. And, I emailed last week, no answer back. That's frustrated.

The spouse of yours

The employment issues
Most of them always says: "None of your business! It is our marriage in private" It would be lead to the problem themselves.

I have real major problem with my spouse about the job. I have hard time to ask my spouse to get a job, and keep up looking the job.

My spouse sound very negative and not take any act out to looking the jobs. He keep annoyed me when I repeat.

I don't want him to sit down and lazy in my house. I want him out all day and earned the money. He lost a job from the bank company due to "found out his records" to make him layoff. And, I told him to keep looking. He still annoyed me again.

I want to look a job for myself, yes, I can... but I do want to be housewife for myself, to mange the house and clean and the children I can attention with.

A spouse is a "bothered" here. It's uncomfortable me around with him all day.

That feeling? Am I wrong?

If he won't looking for a job... That's okay, but I have to look a job myself. That's means that I don't trust my spouse in the house because of the Internet.

Why? He is easy target to impact by scammed from the Internet. Because he wants money for himself.

I can't save my marriage for that. I wanted to separated him and file for divorce.
My church don't want me to divorce. Church don't believe in divorces.

How can I do about that?
